Booking Guidelines

How To Book With Joyful Moments

Thank you for choosing Joyful Moments for your event! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please follow these guidelines when booking your reservation: 


1. Booking for Your Event
When making a reservation, select the exact start time of your event. For example, if your event begins at 10:00 AM, book it for 10:00 AM. Once we receive your booking, weʼll reach out to confirm and coordinate drop-off times that work best for you and us. 


2. Scheduling Pick-Up
For pick-up, please select the time your event ends. For example, if your event concludes at 3:00 PM, set the pick-up time for 3:00 PM. After booking, we'll work with you to finalize the most convenient pick-up schedule.


3. Late Pick-Up Fees
Pick-ups scheduled after 7:00 PM will incur an additional 25% fee on top of the booking price. This policy helps us maintain safety and efficiency during late hours. If you anticipate needing a later pick-up time, let us know in advance so we can accommodate you.


4. Early Morning Events
Hosting an early morning event? Don't worry—your rentals will arrive on time! We always confirm drop-off and pick-up times with our clients before finalizing any reservation. If you need items delivered earlier than the event start time (e.g., for setup), please include this in your booking request. Additional fees may apply if extra hours are required outside of standard arrangements.


5. Need Extra Time for Setup or Breakdown?
If you require additional time before or after your event for setup or breakdown, please let us know when booking. Weʼll do our best to accommodate your needs and provide a custom quote if extra hours are required.
