Browse our inventory online and select the items you need for your event. Enter your event date and details to place your reservation. After your order is submitted, a member of the Joyful Moments team will contact you to confirm availability and finalize delivery or pick-up scheduling.

To help keep our rentals in great condition for every event, customers are responsible for all items during the rental period. We simply ask that items be returned in the same condition they were delivered.

If damage, excessive staining, missing items, or misuse is found when items are returned, repair or replacement charges may apply. These costs may be deducted from the security deposit, and additional charges may apply if the cost of repair or replacement exceeds the deposit amount.

We’re happy to help with adjustments when possible. Orders can typically be updated up to 48 hours before the event so we can properly prepare inventory and delivery schedules.

After the 48-hour finalization deadline, changes or additions may no longer be possible. In those cases, the order may need to proceed as scheduled or be cancelled according to the deposit policy.

Bounce house rentals are sometimes more flexible due to weather conditions, and final payment for those rentals may be completed on the day of the event.

Most rental items should be returned in the same condition they were delivered and free of decorations, food, or debris.

Linens are handled a little differently. We understand that linens are used during meals and will require professional cleaning after events. They do not need to be washed before returning, but they should be returned free of excessive stains, burns, tears, wax, paint, or other damage that may prevent them from being professionally cleaned.

Additional cleaning, repair, or replacement charges may apply if items are returned with excessive damage or misuse.
