- Because the Company is frequently out for deliveries, quotes, and pickups, calling or texting in advance is strongly recommended to arrange pickup.
4.3 Mailing Option
- Upon request, the Company may mail a Gift Certificate to the Purchaser, but only after the Purchaser has digitally signed these Terms & Conditions.
- The Company is not responsible for postal delays or misdelivery once the certificate has been mailed to the address provided.

When booking a rental using a Gift Certificate, the User/Renter must:
- Sign these Terms & Conditions (as the Renter), and
- Sign the Company’s Waiver and Release of Liability and any required delivery paperwork at drop-off.
No booking is considered confirmed until all required signatures are received.
6. Redemption & Booking Using a Gift Certificate
6.1 Redemption Requirements
To redeem a Gift Certificate and book a 2026 rental, the User must provide:
- The voucher code, and
- The original Purchaser’s full name (for verification).
The physical card is recommended but not required if the voucher code and Purchaser name match the Company’s records.
6.2 How to Book
- Booking is done by contacting the Company directly (for example, by text or phone to the number listed in promotional materials).
- Rental dates are not guaranteed and will be scheduled first come, first served based on unit and staff availability.
- The promo discount is applied only once the voucher code is confirmed valid.
6.3 Expiration
- All Gift Certificates expire on December 31, 2026.
- Any certificates not redeemed by that date are fully forfeited, with no refund, credit, or extension.
6.4 Transferability
- A Gift Certificate may be gifted or transferred to another User.
- The original Purchaser remains bound by these Terms, and the User must also agree to and sign these Terms & Conditions and the Waiver before the rental.
6.5 One Certificate Per Rental
- Only one Gift Certificate may be used per rental.
- Certificates cannot be stacked or combined on a single booking.
7. Customer Cancellations, No-Shows & Changes
7.1 Customer Cancellations / Changes
Because this promo reflects deeply discounted, one-time pricing:
- Once a rental date has been booked using a Gift Certificate, the Customer may not change or reschedule the date.
- Any Customer-requested cancellation, change, or rescheduling is treated as a Customer cancellation.
7.2 Effect of Customer Cancellation
- Upon Customer cancellation or any failure to meet the setup/access requirements in Sections 9–16, the Gift Certificate, discount, and any deposit are fully forfeited.
- Any future rental would require a new booking at then-current, non-promo pricing.
7.3 No-Shows
- If the Customer is not present, not reachable, or fails to provide access at the scheduled delivery time and the Company cannot complete setup, this is treated as a Customer cancellation with full forfeiture.
8. Company Cancellations & Rescheduling
8.1 Weather & Safety
The Company may cancel, delay, or shut down the inflatable if, in its judgment, weather or site conditions make operation unsafe, including but not limited to:
- High winds or gusts (typically above ~15–20 mph)
- Lightning or severe storms
- Extreme temperatures
- Unsafe or excessively muddy ground conditions
8.2 Equipment or Operational Issues
The Company may cancel or reschedule due to equipment malfunction, staffing issues, vehicle problems, or other operational reasons that prevent safe and proper service.
8.3 Effect of Company Cancellation
- If the Company cancels for safety or operational reasons, no refunds will be issued.
- The Customer will be offered a rescheduled date within 2026 (subject to availability and blackout dates), and the promo discount will be honored for that rescheduled date.
- If the Customer is unwilling or unable to reschedule within 2026, the Gift Certificate and discount are forfeited.
9. Delivery Area & Fees
9.1 Free Delivery Area
- Standard delivery is free within Boulder City, Nevada (ZIP 89005), subject to the Company’s approval.
9.2 Outside Delivery Area
- Deliveries outside ZIP 89005 incur an additional delivery fee based on distance, travel time, and location.
- Exact delivery fees will be quoted at the time of booking.
9.3 Parking & Access
- Customer must ensure reasonable parking access for the delivery vehicle.
- Any HOA restrictions, gates, or special access instructions must be disclosed in advance.
10. Setup Area Requirements
10.1 13x13 Classic Castle
- Approximate unit size: 13’ L x 13’ W x 13’ H (varies by model).
- Minimum setup area: 18’ L x 18’ W, plus 5 ft of clearance on all sides.
- Overhead clearance: 12–15 ft with no tree branches, patio covers, or power lines overhead.
10.2 Combo Castle + Slide
- Unit size: 34’ L x 13’ W x 15’ H.
- Minimum setup area: 34’ L x 13’ W, plus 5 ft of clearance on all sides.
- Overhead clearance: at least 15 ft, free of structures and wires.
10.3 Surface Types
The Company can set up on:
- Grass
- Concrete / asphalt
- Dirt (with tarp)
- Rock / gravel (with tarp)
- Indoor floors (with suitable protection if needed)
11. Sprinklers & Ground Conditions
- The setup area must be free of active sprinkler heads and not subject to automatic watering during the rental period.
- Sprinklers must be turned off at least 12 hours before setup and remain off until pickup.
- The ground must not be saturated, muddy, or heavily irrigated at the time of setup.
- Customer is responsible for any damage to the equipment caused by sprinklers, irrigation, or standing water.
If the area is unsafe or unsuitable (excessively wet, muddy, or unstable), the Company may refuse setup. This is treated as a Customer cancellation.
12. Pet Waste Policy
- The setup area must be free of visible animal or pet waste and strong pet odors before the Company arrives.
- It is the Customer’s responsibility to fully clean the area prior to setup.
If pet waste is present and cannot reasonably be removed:
- A tarp may be used in place of cleaning only if the tarp is provided and paid for by the Customer.
Company Tarps & Pet Waste:
- Company-owned tarps will not be used over pet waste as a standard practice.
- If, at the Company’s discretion, a Company tarp is placed in an area affected by pet waste, the Customer agrees to purchase and keep that tarp.
- The tarp will be billed at the Company’s current tarp purchase rate, which may be higher than rental or store pricing.
- The tarp will be given to the Customer as-is and will not be washed, cleaned, or sanitized by the Company.
If the setup area is excessively fouled and no acceptable tarp solution is provided or agreed upon, the Company may refuse setup. This is treated as a Customer cancellation.
13. Tarps (General Use)
- A tarp is required under the inflatable when set up on dirt or rock/gravel surfaces.
- Customer may rent a tarp from the Company or provide their own, provided it fully covers the setup area and meets safety needs.
- If a required tarp is not available at setup on dirt/rock, the Company may refuse setup; this is treated as a Customer cancellation.
14. Power Requirements
- Each unit requires one standard 110V household outlet within 50 ft of the blower.
- A dedicated circuit is strongly recommended.
- Customer-supplied extension cords are not allowed unless pre-approved.
- The Company can provide heavy-duty extension cords and generators for an additional fee.
- Generators may be required for park or public setups where power is not available.
If adequate power is not available at arrival and no generator has been arranged, the Company may refuse setup. This is treated as a Customer cancellation.
15. Delivery Access & Dolly Requirements
- Inflatables weigh approximately 200–600 lbs and are moved using a commercial heavy-duty electric dolly.
- Carrying units by hand or lifting them over obstacles is not safe, not feasible, and not permitted.
Customer must ensure:
- A clear, unobstructed path at least 36–40 inches wide from the parking area to the setup location.
- No tight turns, long narrow corridors, steep slopes, or unsafe terrain.
- Gates and doorways large enough for both the dolly and the unit.
- No requirement to lift units over fences or walls.
- No staircases; 1–2 small steps may be acceptable only if disclosed and pre-approved.
If safe access is not provided and the Company cannot get the unit to the setup area, the Company may refuse setup. This is treated as a Customer cancellation.
16. Anchoring & Weather Safety
- All inflatables must be properly anchored.
- On grass, dirt, and other soft surfaces where allowed, the Company typically uses commercial-grade stakes.
- On concrete, asphalt, very hard ground, rock, or in locations where stakes are not allowed (including most Boulder City public parks), the Company uses sandbags.
- When sandbagging, the Company uses a minimum of 75 lbs per anchor point and may use more as needed.
If winds increase or the unit begins to move, lift, or show signs of instability, all users must exit immediately and the blower must be turned off. The Company reserves the right to shut down or remove the inflatable if weather becomes unsafe.
17. Water Use (Combo Castle + Slide)
- The Company does not provide water.
If the Customer plans to use the Combo Castle + Slide as a wet unit, they must:
- Provide access to a working hose spigot within 50 ft, and
- Give advance notice at the time of booking so the Company can prepare the unit for wet use.
Customer must monitor water use to avoid creating excessive mud, pooling water, or unsafe conditions around the unit. The Company may refuse setup or shut down the unit if ground conditions become unsafe.
18. Customer Responsibilities & Prohibited Items
- Adult supervision is required at all times while the inflatable is in use.
- The supervising adult must ensure that all rules are followed.
Prohibited in or near the inflatable:
- Food, drinks, candy, gum
- Confetti, glitter, face paint, slime, paint, markers
- Silly string (causes permanent damage; full replacement cost may apply)
- Sharp objects, jewelry, or toys with edges
- Shoes (must be removed before entering)
- Pets or animals
- Flips, wrestling, rough play, or climbing on the exterior surfaces
- Exceeding manufacturer weight or occupancy limits
Cleaning & Damage Fees:
- Excessive cleaning (mud, food, vomit, blood, urine, feces, slime, glitter, etc.) will incur a cleaning fee of at least $75, potentially more depending on severity.
- Customer is responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement for any damage caused by misuse, prohibited items, pets, or failure to follow these rules.
19. Assumption of Risk, Release & Indemnification
19.1 Assumption of Risk
Customer understands that use of inflatable equipment involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By signing and/or allowing any person to use the inflatable, Customer voluntarily assumes all such risks for themselves, their children, and their guests.
19.2 Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Customer agrees to release, hold harmless, and discharge Joyful Moments Party Rentals LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or connected with the use of the rented equipment, except for claims caused solely by the Company’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
19.3 Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify and defend the Company against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
- Customer’s breach of these Terms & Conditions
- Misuse of the equipment
- Failure to supervise users
- Injuries to users or third parties resulting from the use of the equipment (except where caused by the Company’s gross negligence or willful misconduct)
20. Miscellaneous
- Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any signed waiver and invoice/booking details, constitute the entire agreement regarding the promo and rental.
- Severability: If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
- Amendments: The Company may update these Terms for future promos; however, the version signed at purchase applies to that Gift Certificate.
21. Right to Refuse Service or Purchase
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse:
- Any rental service
- Any booking request
- Any Gift Certificate or promo purchase
- Any redemption or attempted redemption
- Any delivery, setup, or pickup
- Any interaction where safety, compliance, or respectful conduct is not present
This right may be exercised for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Unsafe or unsuitable setup conditions
- Aggressive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior
- Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions
- Repeated policy violations
- Accessibility or safety concerns during delivery or pickup
- Past incidents or history of misuse or non-payment
- Abuse of promotions or fraudulent activity
If the Company refuses service due to Customer actions or failure to meet requirements, it will be treated as a Customer cancellation, and the Gift Certificate, discount, and any deposits are forfeited.
If the Company refuses service for reasons unrelated to Customer fault (such as safety, weather, equipment issues, or staffing problems), the Customer will be offered the option to reschedule within 2026, and the promo discount will be honored for the new date, subject to availability and blackout dates.
