What You’ll Need

• A sturdy table (not provided)
• A standard electrical outlet within reach of the machine’s power cord
• No extension cords are allowed. Extension cords can interfere with the machine’s temperature and heating elements and may cause it to not work properly.

Operation & Training

There is no attendant included with this rental. You are renting the machine only and will need to designate someone to operate it.

At drop-off, we provide a short but very informative training session (about 5–10 minutes) where we guide you step-by-step on:

• How to safely use the machine
• How to make cotton candy
• Basic care and safety rules during your event

Things to Know

Cotton candy can sometimes fly around while the machine is in use. We recommend using the cotton candy machine outdoors or in an area that is easy to clean.
